By using AmanLife services, you agree to comply with these conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services offered
AmanLife offers home medical services including: medical visits, nursing care, medical analyses, medical transport and telemedicine.
3. Responsibilities
The user must provide accurate and truthful information. Fraud or false statements may result in service refusal.
4. Payment
Payment is made in cash, by credit card or via health insurance. Rates are communicated before the service.
5. Cancellation
The order can be cancelled before the medical team arrives. Repeated cancellations may affect service availability.
6. Emergencies
Our services are for non-emergency cases. In case of vital emergency, call 15 or go to the nearest hospital.
7. Legal liability
AmanLife is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the service or failure to follow medical recommendations.
8. Modification of terms
We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on this site.
9. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
